This sleek easy leather chair was designed by James Ryan and produced in collaboration with CONNOLLY London. The upholstered seat and back showcase Connolly's famous Vaumol hide. The end of the arm support has a hand-gouged texture to provide a contrast in texture to the smoothness of the leather.

This club chair incorporates a couple of innovative technical features described by James Ryan here: "The arm and back leg component is laminated and is made up of individual layers of oak which are tapered over their length so as to allow a thinner and elegant section size where possible and produce a thicker component where additional strength is required. The side rail and back support joint also employs a further innovative technique whereby I form the interlocking finger joint as part of the laminating process used to create the side and back rail component."
