This spectacular drinks cabinet has bowed doors, which when opened reveal a lit interior lined with rippled sycamore. There is a large drawer, a sliding worksurface and storage for bottles.
The doors are constructed from black tulipwood with sycamore fins.

Collector's Cabinet
This commission comprises of a chest of eleven drawers, each of which is a different size and has a marquetry numeral cut in sycamore, set into a rosewood plaque. The drawers are surrounded by a sycamore cockbead, the top of which is shaped to form a drawer pull or handle.

Commissioned to house a collection of ceramics and glass. This cabinet was designed to be wall mounted, the rounded corners mean that there are no sharp corners to walk into. The one piece, glazed door is counterweighted and can be lowered to allow access to the collection. Made in wenge with a rippled sycamore interior and integral lighting.

This piece is a derivative of the diminutive bookcase made by Edward Barnsley in 1923, currently housed in the workshop cottage.
